My healing journey began in October 2019 after having a break down, suffering with burnout, stress, anxiety, depression and later diagnosed with PTSD. Reiki found me on my healing journey and I decided to specialise in this field to help others. I'm also a qualified EFT and TFT Tapping Coach and Life Coach specialising in Wellbeing empowering people to live their best life.
Through my journey I've learnt about the importance of self care, living a more natural toxin free life (because I seemed to be allergic to everything and everyone!), the importance of sleep, movement, play, eating healthy non processed food, understanding my digestive system, sunlight and decluttering my life to live happily (and I don't just mean my wardrobe). Why Choose me?
I work from the sanctuary of my own home, using pure essential oils, play relaxing music, burn Neom candles and use their wonderful facial oils relaxing you and your body during your treatment.
You will be laid on your back on a massage bed fully clothed with a heated blanket and covered with blankets. During your treatment your eyes will be covered with a facecloth with a few drops of essential lavender oil drops. I will talk you through a visualisation and breathing technique which will help you relax. Often clients fall to sleep at this stage. The non or light touch (your preference) Reiki Treatment then commences lasting approximately 45 mins. After your treatment you will be cleansed with a burning ritual of Palo Santo Wood and brought back into the room slowly and offered a refreshment.

I only do two Reiki Treatments per day because I feel its important to preserve my energy for my clients, giving you 100% in every treatment.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses gentle touch to facilitate the flow of 'universal life energy' or 'ki' through the body, promoting healing and well-being. Practitioners gently place their hands on or near the body, intending to channel this engird to assist with physical, emotional and spiritual healing.
The main benefits of Reiki include better sleep, improved mood, pain relief. Research suggests Reiki helps the body to return to a state of relaxation, which allows it to heal from damage brought on by stress or injury.
Please note Reiki should not be considered to be a replacement for conventional medical care and should be used in conjunction with medical advice when needed.

Bespoke package to suit you and your life situation at present. 1 hr coaching and 1 hr Reiki treatment with all the lovely aromatherapy oils, calming music, finished off with a body smudging (cleansing all those negative energies, leaving you relaxed and ready to face daily challenges)

For Your Information
Do I have to visit you for Reiki?
Ideally Yes. I now offer a bespoke private package where I come to you. I also offer distance Reiki. Please contact me to discuss.
What should I prepare for my initial Reiki consultation?
For Reiki - please wear comfortable clothing as Reiki can sometimes make you feel cold. During your treatment no clothing is removed apart from footwear. Treatments take place in the comfort of my home and I only use top quality oils and aromatherapy candles from local health shops and Neom.
Do you visit schools to teach Tapping?
Yes. I'm currently working with a local Primary School with children in years 1-6. Their feedback is great. If you would like to consider introducing Tapping to your pupils to manage their stress and anxieties get in touch to discuss a price.
Are you Police checked and do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes I'm DBS checked and clear. I also have insurance in place. Certificates are available on request.
